Parenthood is messy. Nobody tells you how messy — not just the sleep, the clutter, the nappies, but the way it can unravel your world, your relationship, your mind. The way it can bring things up from your own childhood.

Together, we can make sense of the messy bits — maybe it's the resentment you didn't expect, the anxiety that feels overwhelming, a birth that wasn't what you'd hoped for, the arguments about who's more tired, trauma that keeps resurfacing, or the feeling that you're not quite getting it right.

Together, we can move forward, through the mess — towards feeling connected again, towards something calmer, towards processing the trauma, towards feeling like a team again, towards feeling good enough, towards feeling more present for the joyful moments.

Whether you're pregnant, newly postnatal, or in the trenches with a toddler — whether you're coming alone or with your partner — this is a space to be honest about how hard things can be, without performing how well you're coping.

Hello, I’m glad you’ve found me. I’m Elizabeth, a mum of three and a therapist specialising in supporting individuals and couples during pregnancy and early parenthood.

Becoming a parent can bring lots of joy into our lives, but also turns our lives upside down. If becoming a mum or dad has felt more complicated than you’d anticipated, you are not alone. My role as a specialist perinatal Therapist is to walk alongside you and support you to navigate the challenges you’re experiencing so that you are more able to be present for and savour the joyful moments.
